Moderation Policy

Moderation actions are conducted at the discretion of our staff members. By joining our server in any capacity, you agree to adhere to our regulations. Non-compliance with these rules will lead to moderation actions against you.

How Evidence is Handled: Evidence obtained from direct messages, whether in a group chat or sent directly to another user, will not be considered when making a report unless:

1. The evidence was collected while the user served as a staff member in the community.

2. The evidence is not taken out of context, and the user involved was unprovoked.

3. The evidence is credible; providing fake or misleading evidence will result in a ban from Georgia State Roleplay and its affiliated servers.

• Dating within the game is prohibited, regardless of whether you are a community member or a staff member.

• Staff members must be at least 13 years old at the time of application. Any staff members found to be under 13 will be immediately removed from our team.

• Staff members may not promote other communities in their status unless they include '' or a similar link.

The only instance where evidence from direct messages is considered is if a user is advertising another community or if the incident disrupts normal operations.

Refund Policy

Georgia State Roleplay does not offer refunds. By purchasing items from our shop, you agree to the following conditions:

1. Refunds will not be issued.

2. Leaving the community will result in the removal of any roles you have purchased.

3. Community management reserves the right to remove any perks at their discretion.

4. Deals are not final; this means that prices, benefits, or value may change.

5. Paid advertisements and sponsored giveaways typically operate on a queue system.

Department Policies

For your department to join GSRP officially, it must comply with the following:

1. Follow the rules: Adhere to all mainland server rules.

2. Ensure Safety: Implement Discord verification and security to prevent raids.

3. TOS Compliance: Please follow Roblox and Discord's Terms of Service; failure to do so may result in termination.

4. Maintain Activity: Keep a consistent level of production. Continuous monitoring is required; lack of activity may lead to restructuring or dissolution.

5. Align with Themes: Ensure activities relate to themes from America and Georgia State.
